An Arai helmet is serviceable if the helmet is: (1) within 5 years of first purchase or 7 years of date of manufacture; (2) legal in market (certified under US Department of Transportation regulation and Snell standard); (3) contains a Snell certification label that has not been defaced and remains intact; (4) undamaged; (5) not stolen and/or not counterfeit; (6) not modified; and (7) properly fitted for the user. At the sole discretion of Arai, any Arai helmet or Arai helmet part found by Arai, or its authorized agents, (1) to be defective in materials and/or workmanship, and (2) to be serviceable for properly fitted use, within 5 years of the date of purchase, but no more than 7 years from the date of manufacture, will be repaired or replaced, free of charge to the original purchaser, when returned freight prepaid to the address provided by Arai.
